1. Who We Are
Card Club is operated by Leroy House Labs LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: legal@cardclub.ai.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us (name, email, phone, profile, photos, card listings, offers, messages, follow lists, virtual table contents, referral activity, subscription info), information we receive from third parties (auth providers like Google, payment processors), and information collected automatically (device, browser, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, clicks, session activity, cookies, and similar technologies).
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve the Service; create and secure accounts; show your profile, listings, and offers to other users; deliver notifications; process subscriptions and payments through third-party processors; detect abuse; comply with law; and for any other purpose described in our Terms — including the broad data license you grant us in the Terms, which permits us to use, anonymize, aggregate, and commercially exploit User Data for any purpose, including model training, analytics, marketing, and resale.
4. What Other Users See
Your profile, role (Card Collector or Card Buyer), virtual table, public listings, posts, and offers are visible to other users of the Service and may be publicly indexable. Do not post anything you wouldn't want public. Anything you send another user — including phone numbers, addresses, payment handles, or photos — is shared at your own risk and outside our control once sent.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We share information with service providers we use to run the Service (hosting, database, auth, email, analytics, payment processors, AI providers). We may share information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition. Subject to applicable law, we may also share aggregated or anonymized information without restriction.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may break parts of the Service.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. User-to-User Interactions Are Not Private to Us
Messages, offers, and other interactions on the Service may be stored, reviewed, and used by us in accordance with these terms. However, we have no obligation to monitor user-to-user activity and we are not responsible for content posted by other users or for anything that happens to you as a result of dealing with another user — including fraud, fake accounts, counterfeit cards, or harassment.
9. Children
The Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your Choices
You can update your profile, delete listings, or request account deletion by contacting legal@cardclub.ai. Note that the broad, perpetual license you grant us in the Terms (including for aggregated and anonymized data and derivative works) survives account deletion, and we may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. International Users
Card Club is operated from the United States. By using the Service you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States and other countries which may have different data protection laws than your country.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
